“Everything is safe here” is a monologue delivered by Hussein Al-Khalidi. He stands alone on stage; glad he can finally play again. Because it was not allowed for a long time: due to the pandemic. You are now welcome in his small biotope, where everything revolves around safety. But what exactly is safety? At the same time, Hussein thinks about how he came from Iraq to Belgium, to be safe.
Here EVERYTHING is Safe is about the current “state” of the pandemic. Madam Fortuna has a scoop with this performance, which responds to this new reality. Expect seriousness and humor. Inviting and heart-warming.
