Due to the large number of requests, the hall is currently only rented for projects or series that take place on multiple days. For one-time rental of the hall or private parties, we unfortunately cannot offer a place for the time being.
Our hall
Do you have plans for a performance, exhibition, lecture, yoga session or something else? At Madam Fortuna, no idea is too crazy! We have a suitable room for your project.
Madam Fortuna is located at the District House of Borgerhout and rents out a hall with a capacity of approximately 100 people.
About our space:
- Area: 100 m²
- Chairs, light and sound available
- In addition to the hall you can use: bar and courtyard
- Available between 9am and 10pm
Prices
At Madam Fortuna we use two rates for renting our space (Incl. sound and light system):
ROOM
Rate 1: For local and socio-cultural activities
Rate 2: For private and commercial activities
Rate 1:
- Half day (4 hours): €120
- Music rehearsals (4 hours): €80
- Full day (8 hours): €200
Rate 2:
- Half day (4 hours): €200
- Full day (8 hours): €300
Technical support: €30 per hour (if necessary)
BAR
Basic package: €150 Including two MF bartenders (mandatory)
Comments:
- The above prices are exclusive of VAT.
- It is advisable to book in advance to guarantee availability.
- An activity must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Any extras can be supplied at an additional cost.
- Cancellation costs are 50% of the price.
- Bar price does not include drinks.
