Our hall
Madam Fortuna is located at the District House of Borgerhout and rents out a hall with a capacity of approximately 100 people.
About our space:
- Area: 100 m²
- Chairs, light and sound available
- In addition to the hall you can use: bar and courtyard
- Available between 9am and 10pm
Prices
At Madam Fortuna we use two rates for renting our space (Incl. beamer, geluids- en lichtinstallatie):
ROOM
Rate 1: For private individuals and small organizations
Rate 2: For companies and large organizations

Comments:
- Session/Part of the Day: A session is a 4-hour block (9 AM - 1 PM / 2 PM - 6 PM / 6 PM - 10 PM).
- The above prices are exclusive of VAT.
- It is advisable to book in advance to guarantee availability.
- An activity must be requested at least 3 weeks in advance.
- Any extras can be supplied at an additional cost.
- Cancellation costs are 50% of the price.
- All drinks are available according to the MF bar prices (Alle dranken zijn te verkrijgen conform de MF- barprijzen).

Do you have plans for a film screening?
Madam Fortuna lends a beamer and inflatable screen, suitable for (open-air) screenings up to 100 viewers.
We have a beamer and a large screen 😉
The equipment:
- Beamer Sanyo / 6000 lumens
- Inflatable projection screen (5,5 x 4,8 m – projection 4,28 x 2,44 m)
